My Father is a Genius

Convinced my dad to watch a couple of Marvel films on television and gave him back story when he asked.  When he saw this scene in Avengers

his reaction was, “They must have been on different sides then.”

I had just finished telling him a bit of their back story and Black Widow’s role in the comic books, but I never thought of this scene that way.

I always assumed that the difference in their memories was due to different personalities–not different loyalties at the time.

My dad is a genius.
